Every Rig  Needs A Separate Form!!!! filled in by the vehicle owner!

After you complete a form and hit the submit button, you will be immediately directed to a page that says 'I have received your form'  THIS IS HOW YOU WILL KNOW I HAVE YOUR FORM!!!!!!!, in addition to that you will get an e-mail confirming your reservation.  If you don't get either, it means I do NOT have your form, therefore if you don't stop in and see me, I will not deliver your vehicle because I have no information to do so.  People call in and ask about shuttles, this is not the same as booking a shuttle.  The best way to book a shuttle is online.  Once again, please observe the confirmations, if you don't get one, I don't get the info.

Please give us a date you are dropping off the key if you can and approximate time!  IF you cancel your trip - E-mail me, it is not only courteous but makes a big difference to the drivers I call who come in from other towns and have to drive here to do it. If you do not cancel, and I hire drivers you must pay the driver fee if they came out and if you use your card, I have to charge 3.5% of the total - this is what the credit card companies charge. I will reimburse you by check within 2 weeks.

We deliver generally your vehicle the day before you take out. Please let us know the absolute last date and time on the form that we can deliver your rig, sometimes we have scheduling conflicts that make it so we have to deliver the vehicle that day.

If it is a rental car or unsure of what vehicle you may take, and you are dropping the key off to us, fill out the as much as you can, and on the form you can fill it out the plate and make as rental - fill it the rest when you get here! If you are on a different river system other than the lower, please call or e-mail me with that information.

  The gas on this should not be an issue if you fill it up before you get there. There are gas stations in Cottonwood or before that, and in Grangeville, from the south side, there is Riggins.  This is for the lower Salmon from Hammer Creek or Pine Bar to Heller Bar.  For Shuttles on the main, Middle Fork, Selway, and Snake Rivers, please call us at 208-839-2308. Generally speaking 50-100 gas is good depending on what vehicle you have.

After you fill the form out, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail, if you don't, or you don't get our 'thank you' page, then you did not successfully submit the form.

If you want to tip the driver, please make sure you put 'Drivers Tip' on it somewhere so they know.  The drivers will not take it unless it is clearly marked it is for them.  If you have garbage you want dumped please write the driver a note.
