Check Off List

1. Have a duplicate set of the key/s (make sure the duplicate actually works)  When we deliver the car, we put the duplicate in your vehicle and lock it up, unless otherwise noted.

2. Make a float plan and give it to someone you know, include when you will get back

2. Full Tank of Gas (and money to fill it up if needed)

 

If you are coming North there are gas stations in Grangeville

If you are coming South, there are gas stations in Riggins

If you miss both of these, there is a gas station at Hoots Cafe which is on Hwy 95.

The best prices for gas if you are coming from the North is in Lewiston at the Nez Perce Indian Casino.

5. Deactivate any alarms for your car unless you provide us the key set with a remote attached or give us the deactivation sequence

 

6. We strongly discourage putting your key in someone else's rig - it eliminates confusion all around as sometimes we have as many as 20 shuttles going out - as well as the fact that sometimes due to time constraints and getting drivers is an issue and the rigs don't always go out the same day

DIRECTIONS

From The South - White Bird is located off of Hwy 95, just after Lucille - 27 miles away from Riggins.  Turn Right at the Canyon House and follow road into town. At the bottom, you will see the White Bird Motel Sign.  Pull in there and come into the office.

From the North - We are the next town after Grangeville on Hwy 95.  You will go down the grade, it is steep, so save your brakes and downshift, there have been many rigs that come in and the smell of burning brakes is not the best smell in the world!!  Turn Left at the bottom of the grade.  You will see Canyon House - stop in for some really good espresso, coffee or unique gifts or just follow road to the bottom.  At the stop sign you will see the Motel sign, park and come on in the office and drop your keys off.
